If your order is damaged in transit, please photograph the damage and report this to the delivery driver.  The carrier will return your bed to the nearest Big Save store to be replaced. Please contact info@bigsave.co.nz so that we may arrange for your replacement.

Beds - 21 Day Sleep Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with the comfort of your new bed, you may return it within 21 days of delivery and exchange it for a bed of the same value.

Due to health standards, an Omniguard Advanced Mattress Protector must be purchased with the bed in order for Big Save to accept its return.

If collection or re-delivery of your bed is required, the customer is responsible for a freight charge equal to that of the original delivery fee.
